I have completed this trail once and can tell you that it is probably not as hard as hardrock. Be careful with your ankle in the downhills at night especially is the weather is wet or humid, saturday will give you enough distance/time to pass the first runners if you are not yet leading the race. BTW it is a very beautiful course and you'll be able to enjoy the scenery a lot. Be confident. You are definitely able to set a new course record. I am very excited that the French will set up a live tracking system! So G.O.O.D L.U.C.K Scott! Scott, you can definitely be confident.
