How about giving some good tips and advice on your blog? Every time I look at your blog it just seems like a big brag on yourself. We already know you are a fabulous runner. The rest of us want to become better, so help us out with your vast knowledge.

Thanks.

Well, do you think you could catch one over the middle like Engram? Great article, and I agree with Moore that you should have won the top honors. Guess you'll just have to do even better in 2008 to bring home the Seattle gold.

Question for you: I've told my wife I'm going to give myself a 40-year-old birthday present in 2010 by running the Tour-du Mont Blanc. I'm just wondering how hard you think the course is compared to say, Angeles Crest or Massanutten. Those are the only two courses I've completed, but I just barely finished under the cutoff each time....so I'm just wondering how much more training I might need for Mont Blanc...just curious to hear your thoughts.

Congrats on all your achievements in '07, good luck in '08.
