If ultra training is all about specific training, shouldn't I wear my trail shoes to the track???..... I am trying to plan my ultra racing schedule for next year around the NASCAR racing schedule...I want to race a nearby ultra on Saturday and attend the NASCAR race on Sunday (For example, the Western States & Sonoma Raceway double) ....any advice on training for NASCAR?
