Go Scott!! I tried to see the result from the website but couldn't get it to work…how did you get on?
OK, now it’s ~6 months without an update. Give us what we want, Scott
How about a post on running with dogs? I’m guessing from the cover of Performance Nutrition for Runners that you’ve taken a husky with you in the past, yes? Do you ever still do this? Do you do anything different for food / hydration for them on the run? or after? I’m just looking for a question you haven’t heard much before.
Also – it was super cool to see you and Krissy (and many other great runners) at Orcas!
